Mission

Using our shared experience as Kailua residents, we provide our community with enduring planning and design by guiding decisions in Kailua town’s urban core.

Meetings

We meet on the second Wednesday of every month from 7:00-8:30 p.m. at 146 Hekili St., Suite 202, in Kailua. All are welcome!
